I'm an IBCLC, a midwife, and a mom.
For over a decade, I've had the privilege of supporting families like yours as they embrace the joys and challenges of parenting a tiny new human. I know how overwhelming it can feel when feeding challenges arise, and I also know that the right help can make all the difference! 

​As an experienced midwife, my practice is rooted in the midwifery model of care – holistic, family-centered, and deeply focused on your unique journey. No matter your feeding plan, I believe that your baby's most vital source of nourishment is LOVE. So let’s start from there, and ​together, we'll build a personalized plan that empowers you to navigate feeding with confidence and joy.
I offer lactation consultation home visits throughout northern New Jersey, office visits in Montclair, NJ, or via telehealth everywhere. 
I'm fully vaccinated.

As both an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) with a decade of experience, I offer a unique perspective that honors the profound and multidimensional nature of postpartum and early parenting. My approach is deeply rooted in the midwifery model of care which recognizes not only the biological aspects of infant feeding, but also nurtures the emotional, social, and cultural dimensions involved. My approach is inherently holistic, considering the whole parent and whole baby with an emphasis on their unique relationship.
